I spent 25 years in procurement, supply chain, and operations — in marine manufacturing, aerospace, and consumer products — and the same pattern showed up everywhere: companies losing real money to dysfunction they couldn’t see clearly enough to fix.
Suppliers nobody had challenged in years. Freight routes that made no sense. Inventory sitting in warehouses while lines shut down over a 20-cent label. Legacy processes that outlived the problems they were built to solve.
I got good at finding those things. And I got better at fixing them.
StrategicSpan is built on that same instinct — follow the money, find the break, fix it. Whether that’s a mid-size manufacturer bleeding margin in their supply chain, or a business owner who needs a complete funding package to get a commercial loan across the finish line, the work is the same: figure out what’s actually happening, and make it better.
I hold a CPM and CSCP certification and a Master’s in Accounting — which means I don’t just understand operations, I understand what operations cost. That combination is rare, and it’s where I do my best work.
I’m based in Tennessee, work remotely, and serve clients across the U.S. and Europe.
I’m also a dog mom to Coop (Chief Morale Officer 🐾), a lifelong learner, and someone who believes deeply in doing business with heart, humor, and intention.
